Blackberry Gin Fizz (RECIPE)

But if you ALSO like blackberries, this one is for you: A delicious, sweet gin cocktail with a subtle tang, this Blackberry Gin Fizz is sure to tickle the tastebuds and be a crowd pleaser perfect for parties, birthdays, or any social gathering. Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Muddle a Handful of Blackberries in a cocktail shaker

  2. Add 60mL of AV Modern Gin, 30mL of simple syrup, and ice

  3. Shake for 30 seconds

  4. Double strain over a glass of ice

  5. Top up with Fevertree Elderflower Tonic Water (our favourite pairing for 7K spirits!)

  6. Garnish with Blackberries

  7. Sit back, kick up your feet, and enjoy. 🖤
